CLIENT REGISTRATION FEE

– $99 incl GST

A once-off onboarding fee for all new Agency clients.

Includes:

  • household onboarding;
  • family profile setup;
  • payment setup; and
  • access to the Nest Care Carers/Consultants.

 

Booking Fees

 

Casual Bookings

– $38.50 incl GST

For one-off or casual Bookings including babysitting, overnight care and temporary support.

Candidate hourly rates apply separately.

 

Weekly Booking

– $77 incl GST per week

For recurring weekly care arrangements including nannying, overnight support and ongoing temporary staffing.

Includes ongoing booking coordination, rostering and scheduling support.

Candidate hourly rates apply separately.

 

Permanent Placement FEE

 

Search & Engagement Fee

– $1,100 incl GST

A non-refundable upfront fee to commence permanent Candidate sourcing and recruitment.

 

Placement Completion Fee

– $3,300 incl GST

Payable upon successful Permanent Placement of a Candidate into a household.

Applicable where a Client directly employs or contracts a Candidate introduced through Nest Care.

 

Payroll & Admin Support FEE

 

Payroll & Admin Support

– $77 incl GST per month per staff member

 

Optional payroll and administration support for permanently placed carers/consultants.

Includes:

  • payroll processing;
  • payslips;
  • PAYG tax processing;
  • superannuation (SG) processing;
  • ATO reporting; and
  • end of financial year income statement declarations.

Designed for families who prefer Nest Care to manage ongoing payroll compliance and administration for directly engaged household staff.

 

 

Staffing Coordination

 

Premium Staffing Coordination

– $77 incl GST per week (1 x Staff),

    + $38.50 incl GST per week per additional staff member

 

Includes coordination of one staff member including:

  • rostering;
  • scheduling;
  • replacement coordination; and
  • ongoing staffing support.

 

 

Carer / Consultant Hourly Rates

 

Candidates set their own hourly rates based on:

  • qualifications;
  • experience;
  • availability;
  • service type; and
  • household requirements.

Typical rates generally range from:

Babysitters & Nannies

From $35–$50+ per hour

Night Nannies & Maternity Nurses

From $45–$80+ per hour

Registered Nurses & Midwives

From $80–$120+ per hour

Endorsed Midwives*

From $120+ per hour
*(Medicare rebates (up to $130-160) may apply for eligible services)
