- All gift vouchers include registration to our agency which can be used for any services in future plus booking fees and staff wages including workcover, insurance and superannuation.
- 3 year expiry.
- Not redeemable for cash.
- Any unused balance on expiry will not be refunded or credited.
- Gift vouchers can’t be redeemed to purchase another gift voucher.
- Gift vouchers are redeemable for services in Victoria, Australia only, except for phone consultations which can be used worldwide. Interstate/international bookings can be arranged if staff flights, meals, accommodation and transfers are provided for.
- If purchase exceeds available voucher balance, the difference must be made up by the recipient.
- If booking is over 30km from staffs’ home a 0.78c/km fee for excessive travel may apply.
- If tolls are required to visit the family’s home these may also be charged for.
Babysitting Voucher
- Can be booked anytime between 7am-8pm.
- Will be performed by a qualified childcare, maternity practitioner or maternity nurse.
- Care of up to 4 children only
Night Nanny / Night Nurse Voucher
- Must be booked between 7pm-7am.
- Will be performed by a minimum level 3 staff maternity practitioner (Night Nanny).
- Will be performed by a minimum level 4 staff maternity nurse (Night Nurse).
- Care of up to 2 infants only.
Day Nanny Voucher
- Must be booked between 7am-7pm.
- Will be performed by a qualified childcare, maternity practitioner or maternity nurse.
- Care of up to 2 infants/children only. Additional children may attract an additional rate/surcharge.
In-home Sleep School Voucher
- Runs from Monday to Friday only.
- Will be performed by a certified sleep consultant.
- Consultation for 1 infant or child only (twins accepted).
3-hr In-home Consultation Voucher
- Must be booked between 7am-10pm.
- Consultation for 1 infant or child only (twins accepted).
Phone Consultation Voucher
- Must be booked between 9am-8pm.
- Will be performed by a qualified maternity, lactation and/or sleep consultant.
- Consultation for 1 infant or child only (twins accepted).
Full-time Maternity Care and Support Vouchers
These vouchers are for 5 x 8hr shifts per week (day, afternoon and/or night shifts as required) for the duration of the booking, e.g. 6 weeks of care would be 30 x 8hr shifts over 6 weeks.
